250th Anniversary U.S. Military Privy Marks

The United States Mint celebrated the 250th anniversary of the three United States' military branches with special 2025-dated Proof American Silver Eagles featuring privy marks. The U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Marine Corps were all celebrated with the Mint releasing just 100,000 of each. Struck in a Proof finish, the U.S. Army came from West Point, the U.S. Navy from San Francisco, and the U.S. Marine Corps from Philadelphia.

1776-2026 W Proof Silver Eagle 250th Anniversary Liberty Bell Privy Marks

Honoring the nation's 250th anniversary of independence, the United States Mint has developed a special, one-year only issue in the dual dated Proof American Silver Eagle form West Point. The coins will feature a Liberty Bell 250 privy mark on the obverse in addition to 1776-2026.
