The annual Palladium American Eagle will have its day tomorrow as the United States Mint will release it beginning at 12pm EST.
Featured in an Uncirculated condition from West Point, the 2026-dated 1oz .9995 fine palladium coin will continue the Mint's special issue, one-year-only run as the $25 denomination features the Liberty Bell privy mark on the obverse. It will also include the dual date 1776 ~ 2026 at the bottom as it showcases the classic Winged Liberty design in high relief. The reverse depicts a version of the 1907 American Institute of Architects Gold Medal that details an eagle and a branch. The rendering, also in high relief, is also the work of Adolph A. Weinman, whose original Mercury dime design is replicated on the obverse.
Each coin will come in Original Government Packaging accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. The mintage and product limit is set at 5,000 while the household limit is one.
