2026 Proof Set Slated For Release Tomorrow

The United States Mint will finally release the 2026 Clad Proof Set in Original Government Packaging tomorrow beginning at 12pm EST. The 10-coin set will retail for $107. .

Commemorating the Semiquincentennial of the birth of our nation, all 10 coins will bear the ‘S’ mint mark as they were struck at San Francisco. Featured in a Proof quality, the one-year-only special issues will come with a Certificate of Authenticity and be encapsulated in a protective plastic lens.

The set will contain all five semiquincentennial quarters, the Enduring Liberty half dollar, Emerging Liberty dime, Jefferson nickel, Native American dollar, and the Lincoln cent. Despite the Mint ceasing penny production in the Fall of 2025, they will continue striking numismatic pennies that will come ONLY in annual sets.
